Meta / Instagram Data Use & Deletion
This page explains how RealityPlus processes data received from Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta services, and how you can request deletion of this data.
What Data We Receive
Depending on the permissions you grant, we may receive:
- Meta internal IDs (e.g., Page ID, Instagram Business/Creator ID)
- Public profile information or media that you authorize us to retrieve
- Technical logs related to API calls (timestamps, error codes, etc.)
We do not receive your password and cannot access private messages.
How to Revoke Access
You can remove our app’s access to your Meta account at any time:
- Facebook: Settings → Apps & Websites / Business Integrations → remove our app
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove our app
After revoking access, we can no longer retrieve new data from your Meta account.
Request Data Deletion
If you want us to delete all data associated with your Meta account, please send a request to:

Please include:
- Your Facebook or Instagram profile link, or
- The email address used in our app
We will delete all associated data (IDs, stored content, logs), unless legally required otherwise. Deletion is usually completed within 14 days.
